Welcome to INNS International Educational Symposium on Neural Networks. The International Neural Network Society (INNS) is the premiere organization for individuals interested in a theoretical and computational understanding of the brain and applying that knowledge to develop new and more effective forms of machine intelligence. The symposium is intended to benefit primarily local researchers and students in South America. It will also be a great opportunity to meet and interact with colleagues from the region and beyond.
